I teach at various leisure centres in Middlesex and run private class every Wednesday at 7 pm. Vinyasa dynamic yoga class will provide a full body workout that helps to increase circulation, strengthens the immune system, and elevates your mood. I offer different variations and provide gentle adjustments.
Yin passive yoga class will offer stillness, deep inner calmness and insights. Regular practice improves range of motion and flexibility, targets connective tissues, fascia and bones. Applying gentle stress makes these areas stronger, resilient and hydrated.
